How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

How long will my carpet and upholstery take to dry?

It takes 12 to 15 hours for carpets and upholstery to dry. In midsummer it takes only a few hours. The drying time various based on the moisture retention rates of different carpet and upholstery fibres such as polypropylene, wool, polyester, cotton and nylon. Relative humidity, ventilation and the degree of soiling in your carpet and upholstery can also affect the drying time.

Can you get rid of all the dirty areas in the front of my settee?

We can remove the dirt and soiling, however, over time the carpet fibres will get damaged due to continual foot movement. This abrasion causes a difference in light reflection, and thus gives a slight difference in appearance in comparison to the rest of the carpet.
